Delivery Time

  • Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days from the date of confirmation.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email followed by a tracking update once your order has been dispatched.

  • We currently deliver across Dubai & Abu Dhabi

  • If your location falls outside our service area, our team will contact you directly to arrange the best possible solution.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard delivery charges of 15 AED may apply depending on your order value and location.

  • Free shipping may be offered on promotional campaigns or for orders above a certain value (if applicable).

Order Processing

  • Orders placed after 4pm will be processed the next business day.

  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, delivery times may be slightly extended, but we’ll always keep you updated.
