At Coastal Konkan, we take pride in delivering authentic coastal flavors and high-quality products. Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below:
1. Returns
- Due to the perishable nature of food products, we do not accept returns once items have been delivered.
- For non-perishable items (such as merchandise, accessories, or packaged goods), returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at info@coastalkonkan.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Refunds
Refunds are only applicable if:
- You received the wrong item.
- The item arrived damaged or defective.
- The order was not delivered.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
3. Replacements
In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will happily send a replacement at no extra cost.
4. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been shipped.
